Dr. Zhenzhen Ye is a developmental and neuro-rehabilitative optometrist, providing comprehensive eye care services to all age groups. She has experiences in general hospitals, community health centers and private optometric offices. Dr. Ye is fluent in Mandarin. 

Dr. Ye earned her optometry doctorate degree from State University of New York (SUNY) College of Optometry with a BSK honor. She then completed a Vision Therapy and Rehabilitation residency at SUNY College of Optometry. Her training emphasized on diagnosing and managing strabismus (eye turn/squint), amblyopia (lazy eye), visual-perceptual deficits, visual disorders due to concussion/traumatic brain injury
(TBI)/acquired brain injury (ABI). In addition, Dr. Ye is experienced in managing visual field defects (side vision loss) from strokes or other brain injuries. Her special interest also includes myopia control management with eye drops, special glasses and/or specialty contact lenses such as CRT.

Dr. Ye is board certified by American Board of Optometry (ABO) and a fellow of American Academy of Optometry (AAO). She is also an active member of the California Optometric Association (COA) and College of Optometrists in Vision Development (COVD). She has presented nationally and locally on topics such as optometric care for nystagmus, Duane’s syndrome, Progressive External Ophthalmoplegia and prescribing prisms.

Dr. Ye believes in giving back to the community. She has attended multiple local vision screenings and has gone to mission trips in Seda, China and Chihuahua, Mexico with Lions Club and Rotary Club.
