What is the difference between our glasses and High-Volume stores? At Family Vision Care, we want every patients receive the best vision care possible and only use the highest quality, state-of-the-art lens designs and materials. These lenses are not offered to high-volume retailers. Many retailers create their own lenses, often at the expense of the best clarity and quality since they do not have rights to the patents the quality lens manufacturers own.
CONTACT LENSES for EVERYONE: At Family Vision Care, we fit all soft and rigid gas permeable lenses. This includes specialty lenses for those with astigmatism, bifocals and patients that have had difficulty in the past using contact lenses. With our thorough evaluation we can determine which contact lens modality is best for your visual needs.
We use all major brand contact lenses from the Acuvue, Alcon's Air Optic, Dailies, Biofinity, Bauch and Lomb, and Cooper Vision family of lenses to name a few. We have many brands of soft contact lenses in
stock, and those we don't carry can often be shipped directly to you in just a few days.
How do I know if I'm ready for contact lenses?
If you would like to find out whether or not you would be able to wear contact lenses for everyday or occasional wear, please give us a call or ask us at the time of your exam. A contact evaluation involves tests and procedures beyond those performed during a standard comprehensive eye examination to determine the best lenses for your needs. Our goal is to find the best possible fit to ensure optimum vision, comfort and safety with your contact lenses.
Disposable Soft Contact Lenses
Disposable soft contact lenses in general are a healthier lens choice when compared to conventional daily wear lenses. Disposable lenses virtually eliminate the experience of gradual deterioration, discomfort, irritation, or eye infections from contact lens use. With disposables, you will always experience fresh contact lenses. Not only are these lenses more comfortable, they are more convenient and quite cost effective.
